Data and Information
All patients are required to provide contact details, including credit/debit card details, address, telephone number, and email, to secure an appointment.
All patients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment; this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
All information will be treated as confidential and protected by Data Protection legislation.
Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
Appointments
To confirm your booking, a £200 consultation fee is required at the time of scheduling. Due to high demand, appointments cannot be held without settling this payment. If you proceed with treatment, this fee will be deducted from your total bill.
The remaining balance of the treatment fee must be settled on the day of the consultation before the treatment commences.
Restoration Institute operates a 7-day cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 7 working days’ notice. We reserve the right to retain the full booking deposit payment if there is non-attendance or adequate notice is not given.
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the 7-day cancellation policy, the consultation fee will not be available to redeem against a consultation and/or treatment at a later date. Please provide as much notice as possible if you decide to cancel or rearrange your appointment to allow us to make as much use of the clinic diary.
Please do not attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss this further. Many treatments, including colds, cold sores, and local skin infections, are contraindicated if you are unwell.
A review appointment following treatment can be offered once the swelling has settled after 2 weeks (for dermal filler/ anti-wrinkle treatments) if you would like Restoration Institute to check up on the treatment result. There will be no charge for a review appointment; however, please note that treatments are adjustable but non-refundable. Additional quantities/top-up of anti-wrinkle injections are free of charge if the desired result isn’t achieved after 2 weeks only. Additional quantities of dermal filler injections are chargeable per syringe; please refer to our treatment pricelist for more information. Please contact us to arrange a follow-up appointment. If you fail to attend your follow-up, another appointment will not be offered and will be charged at the cost of the consultation fee of £200 should you wish to reschedule.
A consultation does not guarantee treatment. Dr Zayn reserves the right to refuse treatment if the patient is deemed unsuitable at the consultation or if it is not in their best interests to proceed.
In rare situations, or unforeseen circumstances, Restoration Institute may need to amend or cancel clinic dates at short notice. Restoration Institute reserves this right; however, we will aim to provide advanced notice where possible and be accommodating where we can. Please note, travel and accommodation expenses incurred are not the responsibility of Restoration Institute.
Payment
Consultations: £200, payable in advance and redeemable against treatment. Please note that the fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 7-days notice, regardless of the reason.
You will be informed of the total costs of any proposed and agreed-upon treatment plan, including any maintenance, before any procedures are undertaken.
Payment is taken in full before the commencement of the treatment.
The clinic accepts cash or major debit and credit cards.
Refunds
Fees charged are for the delivery of treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of the following:
Consultation and assessment
Provision of information and advice
Safe treatment with evidence-based products.
Follow-up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate.
We are committed to delivering outstanding service along with honest and ethical advice. Our treatments are safe and performed by experienced professionals using only the highest-quality products. However, we cannot promise specific results and cannot offer refunds if the outcomes don't meet your expectations.
Every effort will be made to ensure you have the best possible outcome, but as with all medical procedures, there can be a spectrum of results. As individuals differ in their responses to and the outcome of the treatment, no guarantees can be given. Treatment fees cannot be refunded in the case of a sub-optimal result, including no result, or complications, including allergic reactions, as all fees paid are related entirely to the services provided i.e. professional time, expertise, product costs and other costs incurred in providing the treatment, and those costs are incurred irrespective of the results achieved.
Children (age of consent) and Pets
We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 (you must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and/or services). Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. For safety reasons, children and pets will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.
Feedback
We appreciate any feedback, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve the quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, on the clinic website, or through Google reviews.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 5 working days.
